I’d like to introduce you to Pumpkin. Who is he? Not entirely sure.

Its been a year since I moved from the East Coast to San Francisco. As I write this, I’m in the airport on my way home to see friends and family. Couldn’t be more stoked. But SF has been good to me. Anywhere you travel will expose you to new types of people and music.

This is how I came across Pumpkin’s No Rain remix. The dude competes with Aphex Twin for creepiest album cover, but his minimalist style is charming. No Rain, a Blind Melon track that is familiar but difficult to pinpoint, won’t blow your hair back but it’s refreshingly simple.
